Lessons are ¥8,000. We also offer a subscription service which includes a a 10% discount on all lessons for members - that’s ¥7,200 with the discount applied, plus membership access to free books, videos links and worksheets.

We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

You can cancel anytime. Just login to your Ping Pong account, head over to account settings, scroll down to ‘cancel membership’ and that’s it - you’re done. You will still have access to your account until the end of the month, at which point payments will stop. Or you can cancel your membership from the welcome email you first received when you signed up. You will still have access to basic Ping Pong afterwards.

No problem! Just go to the email you received when you first booked your lesson, and find a link there that gives you the option to reschedule or cancel.

Refunds are available on memberships up to the first week - after that, no refunds will be issued but you will still have access to your account until the end of the month, where all future payments will be stopped.

If you pay for a lesson and want a refund, just cancel your lesson and a refund will be issued immediately. Some banks may have different processing times, so your refund might not show up on your statement for a few days.
